Core Return Policy



Below is a list of requirements that apply to all Exchange based sales.  Please read carefully in order to avoid any confusion which may result in extra charges.

  1. Cores must be returned within the specified number of days that appears on your invoice.
  2. Cores returned must be the same, like for like, as the reman product purchased or no credit will be issued.
  3. Full credit requires cores to be clean, drained of oil and other liquids, no external damage and returned in rebuildable condition.
  4. Disassembled cores will be subject to an adjusted credit or no credit issued.
  5. Cores should be reasonably packaged and secured for shipping.  Any damage that occurs during shipping will become the responsibility of the customer and will be subject to an adjusted credit or no credit issued.
  6. Cores returned must be free from outside damage (fire, water or collision, or due to shipping or rough handling) Damaged cores will be subject to an adjusted credit or no credit issued.
  7. Cores returned to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
  8. ATS Transmission requires approximately 30 days after receiving the core to determine the core’s condition.
